‘Change of Mind’ Returns:

- We will refund or exchange any item/s within 28 days of being delivered.

- The item/s will need to be returned in their original condition (unused), with tags attached and in their original packaging (where applicable).

- Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping and packaging costs (plus tracking & insurance if applicable), for any item/s being shipped back to us.

- We will therefore not reimburse the customer for the amount paid to ship/return any 'Change of Mind' purchases back to us.

(*See below for details regarding the return of any item/s which may contain a manufacturing fault or defect, of which we were not aware of).


Returns for any 'Sale' item/s:

- We do not offer a refund or exchange for any item/s purchased on 'Sale' (except where the item/s may contain a manufacturing fault or defect).


Important information regarding the  Shipping/Returns process, for any item/s being returned to us:

- We will not accept responsibility for any item/s (parcels) that are lost, damaged, stolen or delayed when in transit back to us. 

- We therefore will not offer a refund or exchange for lost or stolen item/s (parcels).

- The customer may wish to consider using a shipping service which offers parcel tracking and/or shipping insurance.

- The customer should also ensure that item/s being returned to us are: shipped in suitable packaging (i.e. the packaging should be sturdy, secure and should fit the item/s correctly), to avoid damage being caused to the item/s (parcel), when in transit back to us.


Circumstances where we may only offer a 'Partial Refund' for any item/s returned:

 - Where the item/s have not been returned in their original condition (are damaged/have parts missing/are marked/show evidence of having been used or worn).

- For any other reason, not due to our error.

- Where any item/s may have been damaged whilst in transit back to us (if item had been packed in acceptable packaging).
